1. Platform Description

HolAdvise is an online advertising and listing platform that allows users to publish and browse listings for high-value assets such as vehicles, yachts, aircraft, real estate, machinery, luxury goods, and related services.

HolAdvise does NOT:

  • sell products or services directly
  • own listed items
  • act as a broker, agent, or intermediary
  • participate in transactions between users

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

2. User Accounts

To publish listings or access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information
  • maintaining account security
  • all activities under their account

HolAdvise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings & Content

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings.

Prohibited content includes:

  • false or misleading information
  • illegal goods or services
  • copyrighted material without permission
  • fraudulent or deceptive listings

HolAdvise may remove any listing without prior notice if it violates these Terms.

4. Transactions & Liability

HolAdvise is not a party to any transaction.

We do not:

  • verify ownership
  • verify condition or authenticity
  • guarantee payments or deliveries

All negotiations, payments, contracts, and transfers are done at the users’ own risk.

5. Fees & Paid Services

Certain features may require payment (featured listings, subscriptions, promotions).

All fees are:

  • clearly displayed
  • non-refundable unless required by law

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HolAdvise (design, logo, branding, text) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HolAdvise shall not be liable for:

  • financial losses
  • fraudulent transactions
  • disputes between users
  • inaccurate listings

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • suspend accounts
  • remove listings
  • restrict access

at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by European Union law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU.
